Without exception, the hotel staff are professional and polite. Very friendly and speak excellent English. They go out of their way with their suggestions of activities. Happy to assist in directions, organizing tours and recommendations for restaurants.
Great selection at the self service breakfast of continental. Wide choice of cereals, fruit, meats and cheese. Cooked breakfast, such as bacon or eggs is available for a supplement.
They can also arrange a one hour water taxi tour of the Grand Canal. You should take it at sunset. The cost is 140 Euros, with a bottle of Prosecco. A bit expensive, but is an incredible trip and worth it.
Ruzzini Palace Hotel Venice offers a free water taxi to the local glass blowing factory located on Murano Island Venice.
Room Tip: Ask for the rooms overlooking the square. It's a lovely view in the morning.
